EDUC regularly organises thematic Staff Weeks aimed at various groups of staff across our eight universities.
The goal is to create cross-networking and learn from each other. This involves physical mobility to the partners and is supported through the Erasmus+ grant for staff mobility.
Staff Weeks in 2025

The staff week education program is suggested primarily to teachers and instructors from EDUC partner universities who deal with international students, virtual mobility and joint courses within their institutions during everyday work.
Maximum capacity: 35 persons (3-4/partner institutions)

For non-academic staff. 3 professional fields targeted:
- International relations: “How to Boost Internationalisation in the Era of Sustainability”
- Finance:“Sustainable Financial Management”
- Libraries: "Libraries and Open Science”
Over the course of the five days, participants will have the opportunity to attend workshops and share their expertise in their professional field, but also to develop cross-disciplinary skills through activities shared by all participants. The week will also be enriched by cultural activities and social events.

- Other participants from strategic partner universities accross the world
