The Good Practices Staff Weeks (GPSW) as part of the EDUC Teaching Academy aim to address mutual practical considerations for virtual mobility and virtual exchange realizations within EDUC courses in the form of exchanging already existing practices.
The goal of the staff week programme:
A GPSW is a four-day long face-to-face community event of colleagues involved and/or interested in EDUC virtual mobility courses.
Who can take part in the program:
The staff week education program is suggested primarily to teachers and instructors from EDUC partner universities who deal with international students, virtual mobility and joint courses within their institutions during everyday work.
The structure of the staff week includes:
-
an information phase when participants collect needs on local, project partner and global level;
- a second information phase when EDUC alumni and experts present their good practices and experiences gained by former EDUC course development processes;
- a practical experience phase when participants deal with the methodological and effectivity aspects of the best practices in a learning-by-doing session;
- a reflective phase when they discuss their experiences and build common knowledge based on practice and exchange of impressions.
