28/01/2025

The EDUC Staff Mentoring Programme brings together two employees (one mentor and one mentee) working in the same professional field, of two different EDUC universities, to foster professional development and career growth while building an inclusive European culture and multiplying networks.

The program offers a total of 8 spots per university, divided into four mentors and four mentees.

Trainer: Prof. Rob Bongaardt (usn.no) holds a Doctorate in Psychology from the Vrije Universiteit, Amsterdam. He works at the University of South-Eastern Norway as a full Professor of Mental Health. His teaching and research have an impact on the continuing education of mental health care professionals, leadership coaches, research leaders, and Ph.D. supervisors (and those who train them). In this capacity, he supports those who support others in various walks of daily life and work.
